This in-person involvement helps identify barriers early, reduce delays, strengthen communication and keep treatment aligned with functional recovery and return-to-work goals. The result is a more coordinated claim, better-informed decisions and a clearer path toward maximum medical improvement and a safe, sustainable return to work.

Telephonic Case Management is available for claims that may benefit from periodic clinical review and coordination without ongoing in-person involvement. Our nurse case managers may communicate with injured workers and providers, monitor treatment progress, clarify work status and identify issues that may require additional attention.

This service can be used as a flexible option for maintaining communication and providing clinical information throughout the claim.
